Every young person deserves safe, trustworthy leaders. Screening + training is the standard for youth-serving programs and is often required by insurers and venues.

What does the $40 cover?

Your background check, abuse-prevention & leadership training, and your ProvenToServe™ certification — one fee, we handle it all.

Who pays?

The applicant (volunteer/leader) pays the one-time $40 during enrollment, so it's no cost to the local program.

Is my information secure?

Yes. The background check is handled by Checkr, a licensed, FCRA-regulated screening provider, on their secure platform. You'll give consent directly on that secure form.

Does this cover all Nieto Ministries™ programs?

Yes — ProvenToServe™ is the ministry-wide standard. It covers The Grind and every current and future program.
