What is The Grind?
A free Friday-night coffee house for youth and young adults (ages 16–22). Live music, real food, honest conversation, and faith — all in a safe, welcoming space. It's not a program you have to build from scratch. It's a proven model you plug into.

What We Provide

What You Provide
- A venue (church hall, community center, coffee shop — anywhere youth feel welcome)
- A lead person (the heart + energy — we train them)
- 2–4 volunteer leaders (we screen + certify them)
- Basic supplies (coffee, snacks — or apply for a sponsor through our Support page)
- Commitment to run at least 2 events per month during the pilot

Your leaders complete our training tracks + ProvenToServe™ background screening.

Our Pilot Response Team helps you run your first events. You're not alone on night one.
