Certification: Drill Team LeaderTeach the system and train & certify members. Builds on the Member credential (parallel to Leader).
Certification: Drill Team InstructorBuild and develop teams and programs. Requires Leader and/or Instructor.
Certification: Drill Team CoachEvaluate and score teams to the NAD standard — uniform, knowledge, precision, routine, and timing. The top credential; requires Coach.
Certification: Drill Team JudgePathway: Youth Protection → Member → Leader / Instructor → Coach → Judge. Delivered through NMAdemy, trained to NAD standards, each ending with a check and a verifiable certificate. You go through the system; the CEO may waive requirements case‑by‑case for proven prior performance.

Camp starts students on the Drill Team Apprentice track. From there, students can grow into Certified Drill Team Leader and Coach — the same safety-first, academy-guided model behind our other leadership certifications. Certified in Youth Protection is the required first step for every leader and coach credential.
